Izaiah lives with WOREE syndrome, an extremely rare genetic condition that brings significant medical and developmental challenges and means he requires a wheelchair and around-the-clock care. But his parents are determined not to let those challenges stop him from experiencing life. Through their project, Found Nomads, the family travels with Izaiah to beaches and destinations across the United States, carefully planning every trip around his unique needs. Now, they are raising funds for an adapted van that would make future adventures easier and more accessible. Their goal is simple: to give Izaiah the chance to see more of the world, experience new places, and create as many beautiful family memories as possible…
